Poutiri Trust located in Te Puke, Bay of Plenty is in the process of redesigning its:

• Felt environment – how our systems, tikanga, values, philosophy and approach empower, engage and activate whanau to exercise mana over their health, and wellness (the Poutiri Model of Care); and

• Physical environment - how the Poutiri whare promotes, facilitates, supports and fosters the achievement and fulfilment of the Poutiri Model of Care.
The Health Centre redesign caters for health, wellness, community services, rangatahi services, cooking classes and function area.  The Health Centre will become a true multi purpose community Model of Care.
